THE STANDOFF

This comic marks the beginning decline of my drawing OCD. This comic was first started more than a month ago, and I kept getting bogged down measuring the pixels and making sure everything was more perfect than the last Crtl+Z. This happens with all the comics I draw or did draw (minus "Well Done"), and it's been really taxing on me and the release schedule ever since I started.

But I've started to realize that all this nitpicking is not worth it. People are familiar by now to know the concept and feel of The Eggheads, and that's what they'll pay attention to the most from the beginning to the end. So I wiped away the old version of this comic, and started all over again, and what you see is the result of only three day's work. Not too shabby. Plus it made me realize that it's 2010 now, so I had to change that copyright thing.

As a result of my ongoing rehabilitation, the week after the Valentine's Day comic, I'm taking up the challenge to post one comic every week, on Friday at 9PM. And I'll be kicking it off with an introduction of two new characters that have been waiting to be introduced ever since The Eggheads began. They only stop by the Egghead's world every now and then, so catch them when you can for the four weeks they're here.
